Today is so beautiful and sunny. Im so happy that Spring is almost here. My mother, sister and I all went walking around a track near our house. Me and my sister went around 5x and mom went around 4. My workout regimen is good, now all I have to do is be more consistent. And Im Out..... :)

So I have been on this kick of working out lately........stop laughin. I walk for about 30-40 mins as often as possible (weather permitting) and TODAY  I am going to start boxing. Who knows I might be the next Laila Ali.....lol i know too far. Wish me luck........xoxo
