Keisha is a former star of The Cosby Show and the current star of Tyler Perry's House of Payne. She is a graduate of Spelman College and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority. She has been acting since she was the age of 3, appearing on Sesame Street.

Jada Pinkett Smith is the wife of actor Will Smith and mother to kid superstars Jaden and Willow Smith. She is currently spokesperson for Carol's Daughter beauty line, star of hit tv show Hawthorne and a rock singer with band Wicked Wisdom.

BOSS OF THE WEEK: QUEEN LATIFAH

Queen Latifah is a spokesperson, actress, singer/rapper, and entrepreneur. She stars in the new movie Just Wright with Common and is scheduled to host the 2010 BET AWARDS later this month. She is also the spokesperson for Covergirl cosmetics in which she has her own Queen collection and Jenny Craig.

BOSS OF THE WEEK: ERYKAH BADU

She is the first credited neo-soul singer, the new cover girl of VIBE magazine, mother of 3 hip-hop bred kids (the hip-hop incredibles as she calls them) and pheneomal woman. She is this week's Boss of the Week because since the beginning she has remained herself and we love her for it.

BOSS OF THE WEEK: TRINA

Trina has been around for 10 years, recently released her 5th studio album and dating Denver Nugget Kenyon Martin. Her new album Amazin' debuted at #2 ON Billboard Top Rap Album charts and sold 33,000 copies the first week. Also she is currenrly #1 om the Independent Album Charts.

BOSS OF THE WEEK: TAMEKA "TINY" COTTLE

Tiny is the star of BET's hit reality show Tiny and Toya, she is the fiancee of my fav rapper T.I., the owner of Tiny's Nail Bar in ATL and former member of Xscape. She is currently focusing on re-entering the music world with the formation of girl group the OMG girlz and raising her 3 beautiful kids along with TI.

BOSS OF THE WEEK: ZOE SALDANA

The model, actress and Global Ambassdor for Avon.....Zoe Saldana has been in blockbusters Star Trek, Avatar and Death At A Funeral, while being one of People's Most Beautiful People. Clearly, she is the new IT girl and has taking Halle Berry's spot. Loves It.

BOSS OF THE WEEK: BRANDY NORWOOD

Brandy is working on a new album produced by Timbaland, she has a brand new show Brandy and Ray J: A Family Business on Vh1 and she is currently dating Flo Rida.

She seems to have dealt with her past and is coming back full force. I am glad to see her smiling and enjoying life.

BOSS OF THE WEEK: TEYANA TAYLOR

This 20 year-old singer, dancer and model is the Boss Of The Week because of  her "go getta" attitude. She is working on her debut album, launching a lip gloss line and maybe a lingerie line. But if you cant wait for that she will be starring in Stomp The Yard 2 with Terrence J and Columbus Short.

Ms. Minaj has hit features like Lil Freak, My Chick Bad, and Up Out My Face Remix all on 106 and Park countdown. She is the new covergirl for XXL mag along with Drake and just dropped her vid for her first single "Massive Attack". I would say she is having the best week ever......haters keep on hating.
